【別名】地梢花、地瓜瓢
【來源】蘿藦科牛皮消屬植物地梢瓜Cynanchum thesioides （Freyn） K. Schum.[C. sibiricum （L.） R. Brown]，以全草及果實入藥。夏秋采，切段曬乾生用。
【性味】甘，平。
【功能主治】益氣，通乳。用於體虛乳汁不下；外用治瘊子。
【用法用量】0.5～1兩，外用鮮草適量，折斷取汁外搽瘊子。
【備註】（1）本植物變種雀瓢Cynanchum thesioides （Freyn） K. Schum. var. australe （Maxim.） Tsiang [C. sibiricum （L.） R. Broun var. australe Maxim.]亦同供藥用。
