【處方】當歸身（酒洗）1錢，川芎1錢，赤芍1錢，生地黃1錢，羌活8分，細辛5分，稿本7分，蔓荊子1錢，白芷1錢，甘草3分。

【製法】上銼。

【功能主治】頭目昏眩。

【用法用量】水煎服。
