二丹湯--《辨證錄》卷六

【處方】丹皮5錢，丹參5錢，玄參5錢，茯苓3錢，柏子仁3錢。

【功能主治】消渴飲水，時而渴甚，時而渴輕。

【用法用量】水煎服。
