加味貞元飲--《醫門八法》卷四

【處方】當歸身5錢（炒），熟地5錢，炙草1錢，黨參5錢，烏梅5個（去核）。

【功能主治】斂肝而兼斂肺。主治產後榮血暴竭，衛氣無依，孤陽上越，而致氣喘。
