【處方】黨參4錢，茯苓2錢，白朮1錢，甘草4分，山藥3錢，花粉3錢，石斛3錢，料豆3錢，川斷2錢，牛膝2錢，紅棗5枚，蓮子10粒（去心）。

【功能主治】肉痿，胃干而渴，肌肉不仁。
