立金湯--《嵩崖尊生》卷十三

【處方】杜仲5錢，故紙4錢，萆薢3錢半，當歸1錢半，續斷2錢，牛膝2錢，狗脊1錢，木瓜1錢半，炙草5分，胡桃肉1錢。

【功能主治】腰痛。

【用法用量】酒2碗煎，加鹽下，連2服。

【注意】戒房事。
