大附丸--《三因》卷十六

【別名】蔥附丸、蔥涎丸

【處方】大附子（炮，去皮臍）1枚。

【製法】上為末，蔥汁糊丸，如綠豆大。

【功能主治】元氣虛壅上攻，偏正頭痛不可忍者。

【用法用量】蔥附丸（《醫方類聚》卷八十一引《濟生》）、蔥涎丸（《醫方類聚》卷八十一引《澹寮》）。
