【處方】鹿茸1兩，靈砂1兩，白龍骨1兩，川椒1兩，陽起石1兩，牡蠣粉1兩，肉桂1兩，肉蓯蓉1兩，石斛1兩，川巴戟1兩，木賊1兩，澤瀉1兩，天雄（酒浸，炮）1兩，沉香1兩，菟絲子（酒浸）1兩，膃肭臍1兩，磁石（醋淬）半兩，麝香半兩。

【製法】上為細末，煉蜜為丸，如梧桐子大。

【功能主治】婦人一切虛寒冷病。

【用法用量】每服100丸，溫酒或鹽湯送下。
